🔧 Your Responsibilities
You will:
Independently conduct site inspections, identify, photograph, and document building defects and related issues;
Compile comprehensive building defect, condition, and technical reports;
Develop recommendations for general building repairs and prepare scope of works documentation for tenders;
Handle tender, contract, and project management processes.
🌟 Is This You?
If you can answer 'yes' to the following, we'd love to hear from you:
You have a background in Civil/Structural Engineering;
You have 1-4 years of experience in a similar consulting firm;
You're familiar with the remedial building industry;
You have experience in preparing building reports;
You're versed in relevant building codes and Australian Standards;
You have strong written and verbal communication skills;
You can multitask, work independently, and manage work sites.
